BIOGRAFIEn

Jason Roy Gary is the HCL Vice President of Next Generation Engineering. A recognised executive in social business and collaboration, at HCL, IBM, and in the global marketplace, Jason has demonstrated, in more than two decades of leadership, vision and drive in social collaboration, agile development, cloud and hybrid, software architecture, real-time collaboration, agile transformation, open source initiatives, and situational applications. Jason has led innovation efforts in collaboration and workflow from development engineering and services. He is an acknowledged thought leader and is widely solicited, by the industry, to speak and provide thought focus around the world.

Richard Jefts is Vice President and General Manager Digital Solutions at HCL Technologies where he is focused every day on revenue, market share growth, and customer satisfaction. He leads development, customer success, go to market and business development with his eye always on strategic planning and executive relationship building.

Andrew Manby is the Vice President of Product Management for HCLSoftware’s Digital Solutions portfolio. He is responsible for product and market strategy for Volt MX Low Code platform, HCL Domino portfolio, and HCL Digital Experience platform. He leads a 15+ strong Product Management team to enable next-generation “digital-first” solutions that improve customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) available on-premises, cloud-native, and SaaS. He is a thought leader frequently quoted in the media, contributes content, and is a speaker at corporate and industry events focused on Low Code, Customer Experience (CX), and the Future of Work (EX). Prior positions included IBM, Informix, and Ascential.
