BIOGRAFIE

Tiffany Amos is the Digital Solutions Academy Program Manager at HCL Technologies. She has held several roles within IBM and HCL Customer Support for the past 18 years, resulting in product knowledge across the full Digital Solutions portfolio. She has worked directly with customers to resolve issues as a Senior Technical Leader for the Notes, Domino, Traveler, and Portal products. She later transitioned from Technical Support to managing successful business projects and strategic planning initiatives within the Support Organization. The focus of her current role is to increase customer and business partner accessibility to quality, relevant, and consumable education for all products within Digital Solutions. She is passionate about partnering with customers to create a digital experience that helps to empower the learner, promote technical certifications, and take product skills to the next level.
