On this page, we collect all information for conference partners at #dachnug51. We continuously update this page with new information.

Site Plan & Booths

We are still in contact with potential conference partners but will soon begin allocating booths. As outlined in the partner concept, booths will be allocated in order of purchase (the first to purchase will have the first choice).

How big can my booth be?
As indicated in the partner concept, we provide a certain “basic infrastructure” for your booth. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this.

REGISTRATION

In order for us to plan (catering, evening event), it is important that ALL participants (including speakers, partners) register. Registration is exclusively via Eventbrite.


Pitch Session

On the first day of the conference, immediately after the keynotes, each conference partner will have 2 minutes of undivided attention from all participants to briefly introduce their company or offering. If you wish, you can support your pitch on the stage of the plenary with up to 4 slides. Give attendees a reason to come to YOUR booth to learn more about YOUR offering and YOUR company.


Conference Partner Presentation

Would you like to present your company and your services as a conference partner in a presentation? We are happy to fulfill this wish. For EUR 350 (plus VAT) you can use one of our presentation rooms for 30 minutes. Please note that all of the maximum of 6 conference partner presentations will take place at the same time. You can get an insight into the current status of the agenda HERE.


Digital Signage

On several screens (42″ and 65″ & resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels), we show the presentations of the conference partners in a loop. We can present simple presentations, animated presentations, photos or video spots. The only restrictions: maximum length of 2 minutes and no sound.

Notebooks for playing the presentations are available. All we need is your presentation.


PROMOTIONAL GIFTS

After registration, those who wish can help themselves to promotional gifts from DNUG at a table. Sustainability is important to us, so we have deliberately procured only a manageable quantity of bags, notebooks, and umbrellas…all of good quality and with the DNUG logo.


Hotels

Regensburg offers a wide range of different hotels, holiday apartments, pensions, and apartments.

We recommend that you book early at the following hotel: Hampton by Hilton – Regensburg

The modern hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the marinaforum and offers spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi and a rich, hot and cold breakfast.


MISCELLANEOUS

  • Do speakers have to pay admission -> No, anyone who gives a speech may attend #dachnug50 for free.
  • Can you rent a screen for your booth on site -> Yes, that is possible. Please contact us specifically and we will send you a corresponding offer.
