Which hotel should I book?

Siegburg offers a large selection of various hotels, vacation rentals, guesthouses, and apartments. Here you will find a list of examples of accommodations. DNUG has not blocked a contingent in any of the hotels to leave you free to choose your booking. Therefore, possible discounts are not available.

Unable to find a (hotel)room in Siegburg?

Due to the excellent train connection to Cologne-Bonn Airport (CGN), it is worth looking for a room HERE. The approximately 30-minute commute (when using the directly connected S-Bahn) is ideal for indulging in the anticipation of an eventful conference day. If you need to get there even faster, the route can be covered within 15 minutes by taxi/car.

Are there special meals for vegetarians and vegans?

On both conference days, there will be a buffet for the participants where they can help themselves. If someone wants to have special vegan meals, this is also possible. However, we would appreciate a short email to info@dnug.de with requests or intolerances beforehand – with the subject “Vegan.”

Is there WLAN at #dachnug50?

Yes, there is. All participants of #dachnug50 can use the WLAN of the Rhein-Sieg-Forum free of charge.

How can I register for one of the workshops / change my workshop registration?

Registrations are saved in the user’s profile on Eventbrite. Therefore, you can log in to Eventbrite and go to Tickets in your user profile (upper right corner of the account). There you can open the ticket “#dachnug50.” In the opened ticket, you can see the available workshops and choose one of them. Once you have decided on a workshop, you can change your selection at any time.

Is there a mobile app with the agenda and speakers of dachnug50?

Yes, there is. Since we use the service of sched.com for our agenda, we also use their mobile apps, which can be found at: dachnug50.sched.com/mobile-site

Can I export “My Agenda” and import it into a calendar of my choice?

Yes, you can. To do so, please log in to https://sched.com and then go to the page dachnug50.sched.com/mobile-site. Under “Calendar Sync for Google Calendar, Outlook & Apple Calendar,” you will find information on synchronizing with various calendars (unfortunately, HCL Notes is not included yet) as well as exporting your personal agenda.
