You can use a separate room for customer meetings or presentations, which is made available for a total of half a day.
Please explain your product or service to each participant during the event and stamp the rallye card. At the end of the event, all completed cards will be part of a raffle. You can provide prizes and hand them over to the winner.
|Ad Block/Elevator Pitch|
Promote your product or service within 2-3 minutes after the keynote on the main stage. Of course you can also reference your booth and/or session.
|Flyers, Advertising Material||–||We intend to run a resource conserving event and thus are asking you to refrain from distributing paper based material outside of your booth.|
Of course you are free to distribute any material directly at your booth at your discretion and in an appropriate manner.
|Promotion on DNUG website including brief presentation|
You will be featured on the DNUG conference page as a sponsor. All sponsors will be listed in alphabetical order with the chance to present their products or services in a brief text (maximum of 700 chars including blanks plus one image with 365 x 250 pixels).
|Sponsor presentation in blog post incl. social media coverage|
You will be featured in a dedicated blog post close to the event with company name and a short text (maximum 200 characters incl. blanks). This post will typically reference your promotional text on the DNUG website.
|Workshop the day prior to the conference|
Possibility to organize and offer a workshop the day prior to the conference on the premises.

- Barbecue Package: Sponsoring of the welcome event for speakers and members (evening prior to the conference). Possibility of marketing at the event: 2.000 € (30% Discount for DNUG members)
- Evening Event: Sponsoring the evening event on the first day of the conference. Possibility of marketing at the event: 10.000 € (30% Discount for DNUG members)
Our fine print
- The sponsorship seats will be assigned in the order of registrations.
- We’ll only consider sponsorship requests that were registered using the official plattform Eventbrite.
- Registrations are binding and can not be canceled after confirmation by DNUG.
- The payment needs to be done with registration.
- Latest day for registration is 2018/05/31.
- The prices are excl. VAT (19%)
