Which hotel should I book?
For your stay in Vienna, we recommend the Hotel Plaza Premium Wien in the immediate vicinity of our conference location. As a conference participant, you will benefit from the DACHNUG special that we have arranged for you in cooperation with the hotel. Secure your room now, as availability is limited.
What is the best way to get to DACHNUG?

Are there special meals for vegetarians and vegans?
On both days of the conference there will be a buffet where participants are welcome to help themselves. If anyone would like to have special vegan dishes, this is also possible, but we would be happy to receive a short message in advance with your wishes or intolerances – an e-mail to info@dnug.de with the subject “Vegan” is sufficient.
Is there WLAN at the DACHNUG?
Yes, there is. All DACHNUG participants can use the twelve WLAN free of charge.
How can I register for one of the workshops / change my workshop registration?
Registrations are saved in the user’s profile in Eventbrite. You can therefore log in to Eventbrite and go to Tickets in the user profile (top right of the account) and open the ticket “DACHNUG”. In the opened ticket, you can then open it for editing in the top right-hand corner via Edit. Here you can see the available workshops and select one of them. Once you have decided on a workshop, you can change your choice at any time.
Is there a mobile app with the agenda and the DACHNUG speakers?
Yes, there is. As we use the sched.com service for our agenda, we also use their mobile apps, which can be found at: dachnug.sched.com
Can I export “My agenda” and import it into a calendar of my choice?
Yep. To do this, please log on to https://sched.com and then go to dachnug.sched.com Under “Calendar Sync for Google Calendar, Outlook & Apple Calendar” you will find information on synchronization with various calendars (yes, unfortunately HCL Notes is not yet included) as well as on exporting your personal agenda.
