We are still in contact with potential conference partners but will soon begin allocating booths. As outlined in the partner concept, booths will be allocated in order of purchase (the first to purchase will have the first choice).
How big can my booth be?
As indicated in the partner concept, we provide a certain “basic infrastructure” for your booth. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this.

In order for us to plan (catering, evening event), it is important that ALL participants (including speakers, partners) register. Registration is exclusively via Eventbrite.
Sales pitch on the first day of the conference
Immediately after the keynotes, each conference partner receives the undivided attention of the entire audience for 2 minutes to briefly present their company and offer. You can support your pitch on the plenary stage with up to 4 slides. Use this opportunity to give participants a reason to come to your stand and find out more about your company and your offer.
Several large-format displays will be placed in the high-traffic areas of the conference, on which we will show commercials from our conference partners in a continuous loop. Simple presentations, animated graphics, photos or video spots can be presented. Important note: the duration of each presentation is limited to a maximum of 2 minutes and the presentations are played without sound.
After registration, those who wish can help themselves to promotional gifts from DNUG at a table. Sustainability is important to us, so we have deliberately procured only a manageable quantity of bags, notebooks, and umbrellas…all of good quality and with the DNUG logo.
