Supplementary Provisions
Discount for students is limited to the age of 35.
Discounts can not be combined.
* Discount for Colleagues: For the second and all following registrations from one company, a discount of 10% on the regular conference fee is granted.
** The One-Day-Ticket for the solution showcase includes the catering for all breaks during the exhibition times and can be used by visitors from enduser-companies only.
*** For attendees, the conference fee does already include the fee for the Get Together.

Supplementary Provisions
Claiming of member conditions presupposes payment of the annual membership fee.
Please pay the fee for your conference participation after receipt of the confirmation of your registration and the invoice by 2008-05-01 (receipt of payment) at the latest. Your conference participation is guaranteed only after payment! On registration after this date, we kindly ask you to pay immediately after receipt of the invoice.
Cancellation
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute can be named free of charge until one week before the conference. In case of alterations after this date, a fee of 30.00 Euro (plus VAT) will be charged.
A processing fee of 130.00 EURO (plus VAT) will be imposed for cancellation of a registration from 2008-03-30 until 2008-05-07. In case of cancellation after this date or non-arrival to the conference the full participation fee will be payable.
Booking of Accommodation
Each attendee takes on the booking of accommodation himself. Get special rates by booking in time in one of the hotels listed in the invitation / on the website. The discount rates for the hotels can be guaranteed only until 2008-04-03. We will send you a journey description to the Maritim Hotel Bremen together with the confirmation of registration.
Conference program subject to alterations by the organizer.
